A. APPLYING REQUIREMENTS LIST

Required Documents: All documents need legalized by the Vietnam embassy except passport.

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Education
  2. TESOL/ TEFL Certificate ( Click to take free TEFL Certificate in 1 Hour)
  3. C1/C2 Certificate ( Click to take free C1/C2 Certificate in 1 Hour )
  4. Certificate of Employment (COE) – min. 3 years as a teacher position
  5. Criminal Record (Valid 6 months from the date of issue)
  6. Health Check (Valid 6 months from the date of issue)
  7. Passport (Valid for at least 2 years, no need legalization)

Note: If you want to have positive feed back, Please send 7 items in Applying requirement. Each of docs mandatory to present for doing work permit in Vietnam. Once you provide these, you will receive the official offer letter and process with full details.

Direct Hiring Process Details

Profile Activation:

  • The teacher’s profile becomes active in our system for partner schools and centers to review.

School Selection:

  • Schools choose the teacher’s profile in our system and arrange an online interview/demo via Zoom.

Interview/Demo:

  • -The teacher attends the interview and if needed demo session.

Hiring Decision:

  • If the teacher passes, they receive a labor contract with full school information details.
  • If not, the profile will keeping active in our system for other schools to choose.

Contract Signing:

  • Teacher signs the contract (PDF) and sends it back.
  • The school signs, stamps, and seals it.

Visa Processing:

  • Upon full payment, we start the arrival/approval letter process.
  • Filipino teachers will also receive contract legalization for OEC.

Visa Stamping:

  • Teachers from countries without a Vietnam embassy will get their visa stamped at the Vietnam border/airport.
  • Teachers from countries with a Vietnam embassy will get their visa stamped at the Vietnam embassy.
  • Filipino teachers must also process for OEC in the Philippines (~3 weeks). We will provide OEC documents(Employer side) from Vietnam.

Travel Preparation:

  • Teacher follows our instructions to prepare for arrival.

Flight Booking:

  • Teacher books a ticket to Vietnam.

Arrival & Work Permit:

  • Teacher arrives at the school, submits documents for school doing work permit, and starts probation.

Residence Permit:

  • After receiving a work permit, we start doing TRC/Visa LD.

Important Notes:

  • All teacher information must match the passport (including full name). If the full name is different (e.g., shortened, married surname), the teacher must provide an “Affidavit of Oneness”. This document must be legalized by the Vietnam embassy.

  • This is a direct hiring process. Teachers will work under their sponsoring company, As a recruiting company, our role is to provide a legitimate offer, invitation letter, employer-side OEC documents, and TRC/Visa LD, and support teachers until they reach their school. After that, they will work directly with the school. This process will be under right law and legit
